 Responsibilities:

• Contribute to a positive, energetic, fun, safe and community-focused work environment.
• Manage your workday by developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
• Selling Home, Auto, Commercial and Life Insurance Solutions to new and existing clients through a variety of channels (Social Media, Over the Phone, Face-to-face <respectfully limited due to COVID-19>).
• Caring for our clients by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly interactions.
• Contribute to team sales success through achievement of individual sales goals.
• Increase external network by being visible in the community and capitalize on market opportunities and referrals from centres of influence.
• Work with the agent and team to establish and meet agency goals.

What will make you SUCCESSFUL:

• Hold a OTL or RIBO licence (Property & Casualty) – Required or must be able to obtain
• Hold a LLQP (Life) Licence – Must be able to obtain
• A great attitude, courage to push beyond your limits, passion for people and your work, and the ability to connect with people
• Sales experience
• Successful track record of meeting sales and premium goals/quotas
• Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills - written, verbal and active listening
• Proactive in problem solving 
• Self-confident, self-motivated, goal-oriented, high energy are a must
• Dynamic outside-the-box thinker, with ability to multi-task
• Must have strong integrity, ethics, and adhere to regulatory compliance
• Ability to speak multiple languages is considered an asset

Salaried position for licensed and industry experienced individual starts at $40,000, + Commission and Bonus
