Full-Time | Permanent | In-Office Position | Total Compensation:  Base Salary Range $40,000–$50,000 + Sales Commissions and generous monthly and annual bonus opportunities.

💼 What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients and team by:

• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, and outreach
• Conduct value-based conversations to uncover client needs
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide personalized Home, Auto, Commercial, and Life insurance advice
• Support clients through policy reviews, information updates, and claims

 🌱 What We’re Looking For

• OTL license/RIBO License (can be converted to OTL) – Not required to apply for the role, but must be able to obtain
• 1+ years of insurance industry experience (Is considered an asset)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience with proven ability to connect with people
• Organized, proactive, and motivated to succeed
• LLQP considered an asset (Must be able to obtain)
